Diana P. Zitser is a Certified Family Law Specialist. She received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern School of Law in 1997 and has been practicing law for over 20 years. Her practice focuses exclusively on family law, ranging from high net-worth to grey divorces, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, domestic partnerships, negotiating and drafting complex marital property agreements, determination of spousal support, move-away cases, adoptions, paternity proceedings, and annulment cases.

Ms. Zitser is licensed to practice before all of the Courts of the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
